Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Resin Kraft specializes in:

• Epoxy Flooring
• PU Flooring
• EPU Flooring
• ESD Flooring
• Epoxy Roller Coating
• Chemical Resistant Flooring
• Car Parking Flooring
• Anti-Skid / Anti-Slip Flooring
• Anti-Bacterial / Anti-Fungal Wall Coatings
• Waterproofing Solutions
• Industrial Surface Protection Systems

All services are provided according to mutually agreed technical specifications, quotations, and work orders.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are based on the information provided by the client and remain subject to final site inspection and technical evaluation.

Prices may change if:

• Site conditions differ from those initially communicated.
• Project scope changes.
• Material specifications are modified.
• Government taxes or statutory charges change.

3. Freight & Transportation

Freight charges shall be billed as per actuals.

Handling, forwarding, loading, unloading, and transportation from the warehouse to the project site shall be charged at actual cost unless otherwise mentioned in the quotation.

4. Taxes

GST and all applicable statutory taxes, duties, cess, or government levies prevailing at the time of dispatch or billing shall be charged extra unless specifically stated otherwise in the quotation.

5. Transit Insurance

Transit insurance can be arranged upon request at an additional cost based on the invoice value.

6. Delivery Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, material dispatch shall be within 7-10 business days from receipt of:

• Technically approved purchase order
• Commercially accepted purchase order
• Required advance payment

Delivery schedules are subject to:

• Material availability
• Weather conditions
• Transportation availability
• Site readiness
• Force Majeure events

7. Payment Terms

Unless specifically agreed otherwise:

• 70% Advance against Proforma Invoice
• 20% upon delivery and stacking of materials at the project site
• 10% immediately after completion of installation

Delayed payments may attract applicable interest and may delay project execution.

8. Site Responsibilities

The client shall ensure:

• Unrestricted site access
• Power supply
• Water availability
• Safe working conditions
• Adequate storage space
• Site readiness before commencement

Any delays caused due to site conditions may extend project timelines.

9. Warranty

Warranty is applicable only for flooring systems installed by Resin Kraft according to recommended specifications.

Warranty does not cover:

• Mechanical abuse
• Structural movement
• Chemical misuse
• Flooding
• Fire
• Natural disasters
• Improper maintenance
• Damage caused by third parties

10. Limitation of Liability

Resin Kraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption losses arising from use of its products or services.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, graphics, designs, documents, and technical material remain the intellectual property of Resin Kraft unless otherwise stated.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
