Because Resin Kraft provides customized industrial flooring materials and installation services, the following policy applies.
1. Customized Orders
All flooring systems are manufactured and supplied according to project requirements.
Therefore:
- Customized materials cannot be returned once dispatched.
- Installed flooring systems cannot be returned.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before production or dispatch.
If production has already begun, the following may be deducted before processing any refund:
- Material costs
- Procurement expenses
- Administrative charges
3. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- Incorrect material was supplied.
- Material arrived damaged during transit.
- Material has a verified manufacturing defect.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and supporting documentation.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds, where approved, will be processed after inspection.
Refunds are applicable only in cases of:
- Incorrect supply
- Approved manufacturing defects
- Order cancellation approved by Resin Kraft
Refunds are generally processed within 7-14 business days.
5. Installation Services
Installation charges are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If work cannot proceed because of client-side issues, additional mobilization or demobilization charges may apply. These issues include:
- Site unavailability
- Delay in civil work
- Lack of electricity
- Unsafe conditions
6. Freight Charges
Freight, transportation, handling, and forwarding charges are non-refundable once dispatch has taken place.
7. Damaged Goods
Visible transit damage should be:
- Mentioned on the delivery receipt
- Photographed immediately
- Reported within 48 hours
Failure to report within the specified period may affect claim eligibility.
8. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are subject to inspection by Resin Kraft's technical team.
If the issue is found to be due to improper use, structural movement, misuse, or external damage, the warranty shall not apply.
